Iran represents West Asia in ASEAN U19 championship
Amman - Iran U-19 national team will represent West Asia in ASEAN preparatory championship, to be held in Vietnam from 2-8 September 2012.
This participation comes as part of Asia Regional Federations co-operation protocol, that has been approved during Regional Federations meeting in Bangkok last month.
ASEAN Football Federation sent an invitation for one West Asian team to participate in the competition that witnesses the particicpation of of Vietnam, Australia and Thailand.
